• 1-cup Carnation Low-Fat Hot Cocoa: 50 calories
TIP: When it comes to this micro-snack, you needn't worry about the "3 or more hours before bed" suggestion. You can eat it any time after dinner, add it to your dinner calories — or skip it entirely.
